· Ensure the submission of completed birth registration application forms to the office of the AD Local Government for process and subsequent issuance of birth registration certificates.
· Revert to parents / care-givers with issued birth registration certificates, as applicable.
· Maintain a record of birth registration certificates issued and received by parents / care-givers.
